At Karva Design, every piece is carefully crafted to order. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry and the satisfaction of our customers. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before the item enters production.

  • Once production has started, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including custom or made-to-order pieces.

  • If you notice an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it by emailing karvadesign@gmail.com.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging if a return is approved due to an error on our end.

 

Order Issues & Mistakes
If your order arrives with a defect or incorrect item due to a mistake on our part:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  • If the mistake is confirmed, we will work with you to correct it at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items
All products sold through Karva Design are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless there is an error made by us.

 

Shipping Responsibility
Karva Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly in such cases.
